SELECTION PROCESS

I follow a step-by-step selection process to ensure that the real estate project I am being asked to engage in, will start and end with the ingredients for a successful transaction. 

 

If you're a buyer, my selection process is based upon your preparation or willingness to accept guidance on what objectives are critical as a first step.  For example, when you're ready to purchase a home or property, one of the most important steps is to have identified a lender for your purchase, and become pre-approved for that loan.  If selling a home or paying cash, you are able to show that your home is on the market and/or will have the necessary funds available to buy the home or property you desire.

 

If you're a seller, you have a home or property that needs to be SOLD.  We will discuss your property and determine the feasibility to conduct an assessment of where and what the subject property is, pull paperwork from the public records at Idaho County Courthouse, and establish the appropriate listing price to ensure that the price matches current economic conditions based on other comparable SOLDS and ACTIVE listings.  Once that objective is established, then we proceed with the listing, marketing and hopeful sale of your property.
